Weird thing is the synopsis makes no mention of the adult nature of the game. Not that I could see anyway.

Like I said it's freely viewable in the German store which either means it has very little to no AO parts or there is an uncensor patch I don't see without VPN.

In both cases the Game should stand on it's own without any explicit parts.
