Finally making dem free throws.

Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com.
After a less-than-stellar first outing back in '94, Shaq is on the rebound, ready to kick evil celebrity ass with sick combos, over-the-top weapons, and a fierce rap track performed by the man himself. Punch, kick, throw and defame these demonic Hollywood posers as you side-scroll through the globe.

Note: Currently the game is English only. The rest of the supported languages (namely FIGS, RU, and BR-PT) will be available shortly.

Midnight_Wolf: Amazing how we keep getting this garbage released on GOG, but all the good stuff like Ikaruga and Dariusburst Chronicle Saviours gets ignored... because they are "too niche".

Whoever selects which games get released on GOG should be fired.

Glaucos: This is not garbage, this is the glorious return of a legend.
Won't hold a candle to Barkley, Shut up and Jam: Gaiden.
Are we getting a sequel to the Masters of Teräs Käsi next?

Seriously, this game does not look good. The graphics look rather lousy, the description doesn't really list any interesting features just "hilarious" stuff that doesn't sound even a little funny, and despite the claim that it's "pretty cheap" it in fact looks to me like it's defiantely overpriced since there are much, much better looking games on GOG that cost less (and I'm not even taking the current sale into account).

"Yeah, but how many RINGZZZ Barkley got?" Shaq.
Looks like a fun little brawler. I may get it sometime in the future.
I lol'd hard for the trailers! It certainly is stupid enough to be great! XD
I'll wait some reviews, but I can't say it's not interesting.

"In 1994 Shaq-Fu released. It sucked". LOL

"...Really bad."

And near the end of the trailer: "Better than the old one"

Considering Shaq seemed to be wearing a cactus suit and throwing cactus needles at the enemies... It just might be.

It was bad enough when you willingly sold the 'lulz cash in' that was Bubsy, but with this, none of the transgressions by the GOG curators can ever be justified again.

Cut the crap GOG, give me my god damn Degica games, along with everything else you've wrongfully rejected.

I'm one of the odd ones that actually liked Teras Kasi lol. I wish there was a pc port of Jedi Power Battles too. :(

Ah yes, Shaq Fu. I remember renting the first one long ago and struggling with controlling the characters. It was like trying to move lead lol. It would (should hopefully lol) be pretty hard for the sequel to be that bad.
SHAQ!

YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH SHAQ!

Yeah okay, not for 19.95 though. I'll wait.

And also what Skysect said.
WTF is this shit?! xp
I knew there was another Shaq Fu game in the works, but I thought it was just a remake of that terrible fighter. I had no idea it was actually an entirely new game. It still doesn't look groundbreaking, but it looks decent.
lol what if we made a sequel to that infamously bad game from 25 years ago

it would shift so many copies on name recognition alone XD

In all seriousness though, this looks just like that. As wretched as the original game was, I actually sort of liked the game's atmosphere and art direction (when you ignored the obvious tie-in) after all it *was* Delphine, the Out of the World and Flashback studio. This just looks like every other cartoony mass audience pandering crap made in the past 5 years.
