Fun, fast, and weird... that's Ignition in a nutshell.

From buggies through school busses, an assortment of racers plows through twisty, jumpy, shortcutty (and absolutely unique) tracks! There's no regard for safety, no time to explain, certainly no time to hit the brakes ever. (Do grab a friend and make time for the split-screen mode!) It's all about the race the finish no matter the cost – which does tend to make for a jolly ol' time.

Nice! It's good to see an interesting old game released, especially since there are not enough racing games on GOG! :)

Haven't played this one back in the day so i'll have to watch a few gameplay videos. But i'll probably grab it in a forthcoming sale anyway so i threw it on my wishlist.

In Germany, it was also known as "Bleifuss Fun"! Actually I got two German originals of this game!

We found a copy installed on one of our computers on the IT lab at my high school, and used to play it when the teacher wasn't looking. Might be nostalgia speaking, but I loved it.

EDIT: back then the graphics seemed awesome. It's going to be different now of course.

Never heard of it.

It's another one from Interplay's vaults - I wonder why they haven't released it before...I mean Inrerplay was the first big publisher on GOG, right?

FINALLY!!!

Remember playing this with my sister. We cooperativly tried to push the AI drivers in the opposite way over the tracks.

Thank you GOG, releases like Ignition, Pizza Tycoon, Stunt Island, War Wind are the real reason for a good number of people to support you. I personally appreciate these more obscure classics more than any feature. Please accept my gratitude.
