1) the game is censored on GOG (no nudity?)
2) it's not censored on some other stores, but in exchange the game is geoblocked there for some people (Germany, maybe others?)
3) Uncensoring the game is trivial with a developer-supplied patch

Did I miss anything or can you truly sum up those sad pages of forum like this?
1) Not sure. There likely still is nudity of the generally acceptable kind (bare breasts/nipples) but vages are covered up, especially if they're overtly exposed/visibly fingered/discharging bodily fluids?

9 hours later and its still the no.1 game. Must be pretty decent to maintain its form :).

Also the release thread is a lot higher than many other games on release :D

So whats peoples experiences with the game? (and why is GOG the only place its censored?)

eiii: So apparently other games I also would classify as porn are not blocked and for me it still isn't clear why Hunipop 2 is blocked. Perhaps blocking it might indeed not be necessary.

You did read that these restrictions are only for games that contain illegal stuff according to German laws, don't you? Porn is ansolutely not illegal and so is sexuality in games or movies. They do have some problems with violence as well but still it's not illegal to show violence - though those games/movies containingt certain stuff might get harder to get because of age restrictions only. Germany is banning only a few games/movies and you are still allowed to own those. Please don't confuse Germanys "protection laws" with censoring like China.

MarkoH01: So you support region blocking by buying on humble instead of buying the non region (but censored) blocked game here ... I mean, both is bad but one could ask what is worse. Since this is more like a "get it censored and get the patch for free to make it uncejnsored immediately" it is a valid question to ask, I guess.It would be a different thing if it would not be possible to uncensor the game that easily, of course.

B1tF1ghter: No, it's entirely about "not buy game at all / use a VPN and buy uncensored version on Steam" VS "support a company with no moral code, that spits in customers faces, and does more and more questionable decisions to the point when a big chunk of loyal customers don't want to buy here anymore (AKA buy a censored version on GOG)".
I'd rather support a store that goes against region locking than one that is region locking. Steam is absolutely NOT innocent here ... so is humble. Locking games is spitting in my face far more than telling me, to get it censored and offering me a decensor option right around the corner. I guess we will have to disagree here. Also we are only talking about Huniepop and its situation here and not other reasons why one should or should not support GOG - that's imo a completely different discussion which is already ongoing in the "I boycot GOG in 2021" thread.

Why should I want to do anything (and for the record I hate wars so it is good that I hardly can remember Germany starting any war) ... ... just because I think that - if meant serious of course - it's completely wrong and out of place? But again .. .maybe your question here was also meant sarcastic - can't tell without smileys.

Okay, then I advise you to get a history book and look up how many wars Germany has started. Maybe its just some missing information. Since this is going into politics and therefore against forum rules I will stop this here and simply hope that one day your wrong picture about Germany will be corrected.
