Thiev: You could either remove or replace audio files, that can be done without plugins / mods.
but removing would leave you with periods of radio silence

WHy do you think that Fallout 3 is the best?

Have a minor beef with GOG over their edition of Fallout 3 GOTY:No manual is included with the game. I still have my paper copy from the boxed edition, but would like to have a digital version. Work on it, GOG.

Great work Barry. However the last one is for Oblivion remastered (which doesn't exist, afaik).

This is great, going to buy it now. Thanks GOG and now Bethesda for finally stepping up and putting the games out to the gog community.

Thanks GOG staff for being so active and helpful in the forums. You don't get that at Steam.

Plus, the steam version doesn't even work straight after purchase/installed as you have to hunt in the forums to find a solution to run it as it's not compatible to win 10, but I was able to fire it up no problem here as gog employs people who actually gives a shit about their supporters/customer base by offering real-world solutions with their game's compatibility even before they sell them, you even get 30 days to get the game working or you get a full refund!

Yeah, this industry can only get better with gog in the market as a viable and hopefully, stiff competition to valve's monopolistic presence!

I remember I joined gog when they where giving away fallout 1,2 and tactics. I dislike bethesda but bought NV just for love to obsidian.

Any idea if or when this and the other Bethesda games will be added to GoG Connect? I already own physical copies of the games and own all but Morrowind digitally via Steam. Am not too keen on buying them yet again just to add them to my GoG library.

With this guide I could play the Steam version on Windows 7 without any problems:

(Don't use the Games for Windows Live Disabler, though, as it says in the guide, FOSE also disables it and this is probably the better way)

I have no idea if this version is any different in that it will run without any of these steps, though. If I remember correctly, the ini changes in step 4 (also included in the Unofficial Patch) are most important to make it stable.
