I don't think it is. I got the same thing going on and I've never heard of a regionally locked game for Bulgaria :)

It throws me to the Browse page and it doesn't show up in a search. Sometimes it seems to take a little time for a game to get into the system. I don't know if it's region locked, but if you can see Eisenwald (when you do a search) than you should be able to buy this one.

It must be a package deal. You buy this, you get the entire GOG catalogue. :D

GOG is slipping lately, more and more of these little errors.

Why tell us of a new game if the store page is not even ready. They keep on doing this little errors these last few months.

And Army Men still locked for my region and cannot buy it.

Can't...get...into...cart!

I should probably play the first game, which I already have but haven't tried yet. (Something I can post about almost every sequel here on GOG.)
