Intruiging game and one of the better releases to come out in 2021 on the GOG store, no doubt about it.

But I am biased so don't take my word as granted.
But was it really a game? Intriguing concept, indeed, but what about "gameplay" itself, or the mechanics?

In some way I reminds me more or less to other intriguing game for the ZX Spectrum. "Deus Ex Machina", avant garde concept, experimental, original and not fitting in any specific genre itself (well, in that era genres were something mixed and in development, after all)

Just when you think GOG can't release any worse shovelware.... We get even more trash.

Are we going to get a port of Snake from old Nokia cell phones for $20 next?

Tarhiel: How old is this game?
The release date is missing on the game´s page.

soosgjr: According to MobyGames, it's from 1985.
Something's not right, for game page says:

I guess they ship the source code, too?

That is typical for a small DosBOX game that might fit on one 1.44MB floppy (although checking Wikipedia quickly the 1.44MB floppy appeared in 1986; the 1.2MB 5.25" disk appeared in 1982). If you use a system install of DosBOX that will reduce it quite a bit. Also, uninstallers are often quite large for some reason and GOG ships a few extra DLLs for various things (cloud saves, who knows what else). Also a game of that age almost certainly has a manual and hopefully it is included. That can easily be larger than the game itself.

Checking another game I have that runs with DOSBox, the DOSBox folder and the additional files GOG adds have 11.5 Mb.

But that Win 10+ only requirement is baffling, and concerning to simply see it there, as it seems to indicate the "default" now. It runs in DOSBox ffs, the requirements are those of DOSBox. (And I'd sure like to see a 200 MHz Pentium running Win 10...) The 2 Gb RAM requirement is also odd in that context.
That's certainly an interesting release. I don't think GOG has had any games of that type so far, although such games were popular back in the 80ies.
Very interesting release for me. Already bought!
I am interested in old titles but I believe it's too pricey
I don't honestly know how to feel about this game. Yay?

You just know that someone had to try it.

edit: I've only watched the first 20 minutes, but it's a fun watch. anyway, for those who don't have the time to watch it, he gives up on the 300 mhz. machine and goes to a 1 ghz. machine, which, for our purposes is cheating!

Well actually 300 mhz. was cheating too, but only a little, and it's as close as I could find to a 200 mhz. machine.
