These trolls don't represent everyone on GOG. Good luck with your refund.

It's pretty much all you can do is wait for clarification from support.

Just let us know what happens when they reply, so in case there is anything helpful anyone can add, we'll be able to.
I might have found the answer myself by reading another thread

gog.com/forum/general/witcher_3_no_longer_in_library/post14

this might have happened to me as well...

edit: strange my library now shows The Witcher 3... but when i click on it its only showing the 16 DLC and says " i dont have the base game " etc and shows me the price of the game ...

OK, well then, whatever was going on with your login that caused your username to disappear and other hijinks...

This certainly looks like GOG pulled the game from your account.

And almost certainly for the reasons you've already discovered.
In that case ill just wait for confirmation from them and claim my refund and buy it from a game shop :)

I clam my refund from Kinguin not from GoG :) if you misunderstood something not my problem, by the way i have opened this thread to ask for help, don't you have anything else to do ? :) sad , but i don't find this funny , if you do
well have fun.
I wake up from a nap and this just gets better. lol
My best guess is you lost the code when your client crashed. I had a similar issue once, where I had a promo code, clicked to continue and before I officially redeem it, accidentally closed my browser. Support helped me, but if I would have gone to Orders and Settings, I would have seen a "Pending Order" for my game. I would check there right now, and check. If it is still there, click on it, and you might be able to redeem the game.
Theory:
Someone bought a graphics card, got the code with it and redeemed it. Then he thought: "Oh, I could sell my code and get a few bucks back from the money I paid for the card!". You bought the code and are kicked in the ass now!
And what do we learn from this? Right, never buy a GoG code, always buy directly from GoG!!!

There is nothing there , but i might have deleted it , because i had lot of " Witcher 3 Free DLC program" in my basket and deleted them in Orders and settings. One of them could be the game itself ? and i deleted it ? possible ?

If that's the case GOG can check when and where(on who's account) it was used, and then i can claim a refund on the "grey market"
but you are right i'm not gonna buy GoG codes ever again.
