All hail the OmniBus! Recognised by all past and future roadkill as the most accurate bus simulator around, OmniBus gives you the stirring wheel of a runaway bus, bent on world transportation. The diverse play modes will let your sloppy driving skills run wild as you unleash the unstoppable power of your OmniBus.

Pre-order OmniBus and get ready to spread chaos on the streets of an unsuspecting city where speed limits don't apply, DRM-free on GOG.com. The 10% pre-order discount will last until June 2.

ReynardFox: This looks like absolute joke trash. It look like more effort went into making the trailer than the game itself.

Keep up that top tier curation there GOG.

Niggles: For once i agree with you. I can take the piss as much as anyone else, but this is a real joke of a game.Like the goat and surgeon simulators. Trash. Big goose egg GOG
I love Surgeon Simulator.
Small demo for the hopelessly curious. ;)

Well, logging in today to the forum to say I share the feelings here.

I know places change over time and often need to but the GOG of today is very different from the one of 2008, and releases like this combined with other decisions made are just turning me over to other platforms. I want to see GOG do well and continue, but I'm finding myself more wary each month with the choice of releases and titles rejected.
Haha, the trailer is great, especially the twitter part:

So ... this will be the first good game, that publisher Devolver brings out ;)

However I would really like to play Hotline Miami Kart Racing :p

Where is a list of rejected titles?

Maxvorstadt: They began to develope the game in 1992, so they kept the graphics from then and ported it to Windows.
Yah, as you can see in the video, this was first meant to be realeased on ATARI Jaguar console. Than something happened, showed a demo on 1999 E3 and it has since got forgotten. But now, it emerged again!

This game had a longer development cycle that Duke Nukem Forever! Can you immagine that? :p

Not really sure what this is but the trailer made me lol.
Well, as I watched the trailer my first thoughts were:

WTF?
This is the WORST game I ever saw (on gog)!
WHY is such crap on gog?

THIS phrase:"Cutting Edge Everything: OmniBus has the best of everything from graphics and sound effects to physics and an options menu. This is the future. This is OmniBus"
reminds me of goat simulator which is totally overhyped trash.

I suspect this game goes in that direction.
bought in spite of the ignorant detractors.

Other platforms: what platforms? do you mean console platforms ? or just pc games but from different websites ?

Steam cant be seen as a real good substitute, Steam can't be taking serious, there is so much crap on Steam, as for Steam sales, its 90% always the same: i been watching the Steams weeklong deals now for 2 months and 80% is recycled, always the same crappy Steam games at 50% or more off, i have some nice casuals on my wishlist but sofar they arent on Sale , cause its the same shit that Steam recycles during their sales.
I have some casual games at Steam cause the retail cd/dvd versions aren released that fast so i have to go to Steam, thats what i joined it for: the casual games, and for some 'unusual' point and click adventures that cant be found anywhere.

... ouch.

Well, I gave it a fair shot, and no dev can expect more than that. But good lord that was dull.

(In hindsight it was pretty damn hypocritical for me to make my post, since I got pissy about GOG having a review contest, yet not having figured out a way to update the site to allow for review sorting and, more importantly, review editing, etc.. I guess our, or at least my, emotions run high when you've spent a lot of time in a place and are invested. :P That said, oddly enough I'm not too emotional/disappointed by the "its true or false" list turning out to be bull.)

Me too ;D. The game looks really fun and somehow feels just like the early racing games on the PS1. Cant wait for it to come out.Cheers

Same, I tried the demo and my initial impression was dead on.

I am now officially saltier about every game that I want that GOG has rejected than ever before now this nothing of a game is on sale.
