A couple of pics I made in the last couple of weeks (except the last one, all pics are edited, cut and resized to wallpaper format).

First three pics were taken with my ND filter:

This one's a merge of a ND filter pic (I took the water from the filtered pic) and a pic without filter:

My first try to work with reflections:

I'm in love with this. Not so much with this specific shot (too many people around and I don't like the sun as well), but this has a huge potential. The perspective is awesome, you have interesting textures, curves and straight lines. Good catch. Since it is a nearby village, you must try again, with less people and a better sky.

Just my opinion. :)

Impossible ;) There weren't any holidays on this day (most hotels here are closed right now anyway). You'll never see this place with less people.

Cambrey: and I don't like the sun as well
The sun is why I took this picture ;) The sky full with clouds, but at this scene, between two buildings, behind this tree, the sun comes out. Great! See the long shadows on the floor? I plan to do some (more - the sky is already darkened to turn "white" into clouds again) Photoshop magic with them (when I find the time), to make them a bit more... dramatic ;)

I understand what you are saying, however, this is not working for me. Just a matter of feeling I guess. :)

Nic pics!
I really really like this one! Nice implementation of the rule of thirds.

Add a little saturation and we have a cover shot, story header at the least =)

If boats were left along a secluded waterway here . . they would be stripped clean by morning. =(
Reassuring to see that is not the case everywhere.

Edit: Deleted My laptop screen is somewhat muted so . . . may have been a bit much for another screen =)

Amazing!
My new desktop image. Took the photo yesterday when I was hiking in the woods. Actually, I was looking for a good spot to get a clean and elevated view on the harbor. The Allure of the Seas, the biggest passenger ship of the world was here yesterday. I found my spot and I got the pics I wanted, but I like this "accidental" shot more than the photos I wanted to take ;)
Started experimenting with different ways to give photos a comic look (planning to print an A1 size poster with different motifs of my city, all in comic look) and this is a first, rough sketch of my first acceptable try. The buildings and the tree are already finished, but the sky and the street (people and cars - especially people will be a hard task :/) still need a lot of work.

Not going to use this pic for the poster, but I just found it... interesting. See the graffiti at the top of the buildings? Above the construction site and between the logos of two banks? It was the financial sector that blew up Spain's real estate market into a huge, huge bubble. When everything fell into pieces, it threw the banks and the whole construction sector into the "Crisis" that brought an unemployment rate of more than 20% and made many families lose their homes. This picture, two banks, a construction site and the word "crisis" is the sad but perfect definition of Spain in the last couple of years.
