Yeah, just saw it on the Finnish TV news too. Something about it being an Afghan whose father said got angry some time ago after seeing two men kissing.

A few hours after the shooting Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick posted the following:

Galatians 6:7, “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.”

Sigh, what is wrong with people anymore? how can you have that much hate in your heart that you could actually do such a horrendous thing?

I personally don't understand why any civilian would need to own an assault rifle. Is a handgun not enough for protection?

The killer was an Islamist

A terrible crime, and my respects go to the victims and their families. It's insane that one guy with a gun caused so many deaths before he was stopped.

And so far all evidence points to the fact that had nothing to do with it.

I was thinking out loud "is there a religion which doesn't for some reason hate gays?", but then I recalled Buddhism. At least buddhist countries like Thailand seem pretty tolerant towards katoyes and such. Good for them.
