Hey everyone :)

Lots of misinformation flying around in this thread so let me straighten some stuff out – we're not cutting ties with our Community, and we are still around.

I have been on a little holiday break until last week, hence why you haven't seen me around. As for the rest of the team, they were mostly lurking but not interacting much due to their workloads. Forum is only a part of our responsibilities and so we can't post here 24/7, but I promise you we are keeping an eye on it (& the other teams do too).

Hello Thank you very much it's a pleasure for her reassures me a little for the English part and cm English.
But on the other hand concerning the support part especially the support other than English will there be evolutions like a return of the French support for example?

Same for forums other than English for the planned suites because it must be said that they are not supervised at all. As well as the official French gog discord.

For the sake of sanity, has anyone ever herded the staff and moderators to check notes on the general hours of availability? You know, making sure everyone is spaced out enough so that among other things, there isn't a massive gap or huge redundancy for when the dickpill bots show up? A bar graph showing the averages or a scatter plot, at the least.

Further clarification:

So you have Abe, who works from 03:30Z to 11:00Z, Ben who works from 11:00Z to 15:00Z, and then you chart those out across a timeline of 24 hours.

That would be hard to setup if everyone is supposed to live and work from Warsaw, Poland ;)

They seem flexible on location, some roles you must speak "fluent level of Polish"

PaterAlf: Any source for that information? As far as I remember the staff member had a German name, it was written in proper German and it wasn't a standard mail. Will check it when I'll get home.

Lukin86: Several members of the former staff have told me. And I can already confirm that there are no more French people working there. All fr support fired in 2021. We receive emails from support in fr but it comes from the English staff who have typical ready-made sentences or have them translated.And that this problem concerns support for all languages except English from what he told me.
Checked it again. The mail I got was from a support member with a German name. It was written in proper German, wasn't a standard mail and even referred to something I wrote at the German forum. So I'm pretty sure at least German support is still there.
