Dessimu: So in modern age we get to also pay for Demo versions...
DEMO?
Dude it's like paying for playing a prototype.
Like we had DEADBOLT prototype!!!
Gee whillikers, what an offer. A change to pay of beta testing without an access to a full game. Just the early access offer I've always wanted.
I remember when kids were like "I want to be a computer game tester". Guess what? It's 2016 already and you totally can! (if you pay us of course)

whats even worse is that there are already 2300 bundles sold
God this is horrible.

I miss the good old days when we had great bundles like that content for F2P online games.

Hunter65536: They're bundling discount coupons now, why?
Because now Humble has a regular storefront you can use them at every day. Its not just semi monthly bundles anymore.
Bundles have mostly been garbage for a long time. This doesn't surprise me, unfortunately.

It's nice the Gog doesn't clog up their store with junk bundle games and junk betas.
It's always funny to see the number of people on GOG who just enjoy complaining.

and turn of that music !
I have no problem with this.

You pay $1 and get beta versions of nine games. If you end up really liking any of them, you get a coupon to buy the finished game, and that coupon will be worth far more than $1 at checkout.

I mean, I won't be buying it, but I can see legit reasons why someone would.
Uhm, didn't HB did this before with Double Fine?
Haha! No.

They weren't even for games in production. They were just proof of concept prototypes to throw around ideas for possible games. As it was, I though they were a nice idea in order to show people how game ideas are born and tested.

But at the same time, I do think that's something better left as a one off, or if you'd have access in the prototype and in the final game in order to see how it all evolved.
