It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

ADDED: You know, my keyboard is sitting on my lap most of the time, and was when the computer "came alive" today too. Might it be possible a key was struck on the keyboard that caused Firefox to open??? Guess I didn't think of that. And I don't _think_ I hit any key... but if that's possible I suppose that could explain it????
Okay, you've clearly been leaving out vital information about the connected input devices. Next you're going to tell us you had keyboard upside down on your lap while viewing Baywatch playing on television (but only for reading its closed captioning).

tinyE: Look how sloppy his work is, and good luck defending this place.
Aww, come on bucko! Don't you want a balloon?
Lately, I was getting black screen problems on Firefox myself. Turn off Hardware Acceleration and you're good to go. Not sure why Hardware Acceleration has been acting up though.
