My sadness knows no bounds. We want more access and they all want to divide and charge more for less.

Chances of seeing more Bethesda games here in the future have just dropped dramatically. Hopefully, MS doesn't care about the games already here and doesn't pull them too...

I doubt they'll remove the games already on different platforms. I did find an article that proves their favouritism is already showing. This likely won't affect the past, but definitely affects the future.

Probably not, InExile was bought time ago by Microsoft but they still release games here, they aquire the companies but don't distribute the games, so we still have chances to see more games, probably a DRM Free Skyrim or Fallot 4 this year!!!
