Example:

Esophacough = When you go to drink something (using your esophagus), but get a bit down your trachea (windpipe) causing you to cough.

Currently people often say "Wrong Tube" after it happens.
You should really read Douglas Adams' The Meaning of Liff and its follow-up The Deeper Meaning of Liff.

Wow, that is so crazy... seeing Dan Fogler in a music video like that! However, I shouldn't be too surprised, I remember when actor Bill Paxton appeared in one of Dr. Demento's videos, "Fish Heads" back in 1980.
