It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Uh ok. Hope that this will be sorted out soon. Have a nice Christmas and thanks for your constantly awesome work :-)

Update:

- The block has been lifted. I don't know whether this has been done by a human or automatically after some period of time had elapsed (it lasted somewhere between 16 to 20 hours). Probably the latter.
- I didn't get any answer from GOG support, but this is expected, especially with it being Christmas.
- I hope I get some answer from GOG about not being blocked in the future.
- Anyhow, I'll try running my new harvesting code again after I return from holiday.

Uh, I have a fresh bug+fix for you.

I've just run "Get from Gog" to update my lists on Magog and I've encountered an error.
It seems that the process can't currently recognize games with "new" or "update" icons.

Luckly a simple text replace fixed it.
(by the way, why not adding a "Cancel" button during the "reading" phase?)

You are (of course) right. I never thought of retesting the "Get from GOG" feature with the new tags.

Luckily I just got an "Updated" tag for M&B Warband, so I can test the fix on multiple browsers after I implement it.

Should be done within 24-48 hours.

Thanks.
Does MaGog keep track of the lowest ever price (intro or sale) for games?

djdarko: Does MaGog keep track of the lowest ever price (intro or sale) for games?
No, but it does keep track of the best ever discount in percentage, so unless the game's base price changed (which is rare), it adds up to much the same thing.

This information goes back only until May 2014 (when MaGog debuted).

Caveats:
- MaGog does not record temporary freebies (i.e. 100% discount for a day or two, such as the recent AoW) [because I consider it less useful].
- MaGog does not record discounts that require special conditions to achieve (e.g. 20% discount for Blackguards 2 if you already own Blackguards; e.g. buy a whole bundle to get an extra discount) [because GOG does not supply a straightforward method of obtaining this information].

P.S. It also records the last sale's discount (if not the same as the best).

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Version 3.8.3 has been released with the following features:

* Fixed a bug in the "Get from GOG" feature that caused MaGog not to identify games with the "updated" or "new" tag [reported by phaolo]
* Moved the warning about unidentified games in the "Get from GOG" feature from after the confirmation (cancel/ok) dialogue to before it [indirectly suggested by phaolo]
