Instead of buying random shovelware, I rather buy 1-2 quality games here.

I'm gonna take that one even further and say: people still do Loot Crate unbox videos?

Because based on the news concerning the bankruptcy, a common thread seems to be that people haven't received anything since May.

Yeah these deals always seem full of games I'd never actually play. Granted I am pretty selective, and only play a few genres. In any case, not worth the money for me.

I haven't and I bought a $100 in crates since around that time (They were 50% off). Only last week did I get a crate shipped from Loot Vault and they updated me on 2 of my 5 crates. It's infuriating and if they don't fill those orders soon, I'm just going to apply for the refund through the bankruptcy process the US Law offers when they send me the letter.

I'm having a hard time believing any company would be sane enough to buy them out of the debt at this point. It's very clear that extreme oversaturation of their product and brand has put them in the hole they're currently in.
