I have been trying to contact support for over a week now to get a refund for Neverwinter Nights 2. When I initially submitted my ticket, a "Natalia" responded fairly shortly. She addressed my issue with the multiplayer not working and gave me the information on the CD key changer. I however already had done that and was unhappy with the fact that the server browser was offline and direct connect was my only option unless I downloaded a 3rd party extension. The multiplayer does not function as advertised, I want a refund. Seems straightforward. So I reply to the email to reopen my ticket and inform her of my issue again. No response. I wait 48 hours and send a new email. Still no response. So, I submit another ticket. And another. And another. No response. I have less than an hour on the game and there is a 30 day return policy. I have been cooperative with trying to get my game to work as intended. Do they really want my 20 bucks that bad? Anyone else run into gog having deplorable customer service? Seriously, EA has been more available than these guys.

Never send more than one ticket. Each time you do that, you go all the way down the priority line, or so I've read here in the forums.

Regardless, maybe a mod will see this and do something to speed up the process.
Each time you send a request it over rides the previous request and ends on the back of the line.Have patience.

Sadly since GOG is based in poland sometimes support can take a bit of time, but in my experience I have not had it take this long. my suggestion is wait a bit longer, but never make a new ticket, you get bumped to the bottom of the line as JKeift has, I suggest you kindly and politely give Judas (a blue) a pm and see if he can help, but explain everything as best you can.

GOG has the best support of any distributor in the industry. Barring human err which is rare, they respond in 24-48 business hours in Poland time zone. Don't flood them with tickets or you may wait longer for a response as mentioned above. Simply let your existing contact take its course.

Often people have an issue, contact them and expect a response in 10 minutes on a Saturday or something and get pissed off if they don't get results immediately. That's not realistic to expect. If you exercise some patience, GOG's professional support team is very highly likely to resolve your issue for you as soon as they can. If you're nasty with them or flood them with requests though you'll only cause yourself problems.

Just be patient and wait.

If for some reason you don't hear from them in 48 hours, post back a polite comment here and I'm sure one of the GOG employees that frequent the forums will either notice and figure out what went wrong and help you out, or someone will bring it to their attention (perhaps someone is doing that already even). Either way, patience is a virtue.

And I'm pretty sure I've see a blue rebuttal. More tickets don't push each other down, they just clog the tubes the regular way.
Regarding tickets being pushed to the end of the queue when you create a new one - it's not true.

Really?

Edit...Does anyone here know the correct procedure or are they just guessing?

Finding something with the gog search can be quite difficult.
That is why I have it bookmarked :D

I wonder if today is a holiday today in Poland? Because in Finland we do have a Christian holiday today ("Helatorstai"), and in my experience Polish people seem to have just as many, if not even more, Christian holidays as us (Easter etc.).

I checked Wikipedia for "Helatorstai" ("Holy Thursday" I presume) , and it mentions that it is a holiday in most European countries, so maybe also in Poland...
