Depends on the context? That is the same for riots then. Also the euphemism about it being an "issue" isn't appreciated, but thanks for the proof anyway.

British police killed three people in 2020 according to this:
https://www.inquest.org.uk/fatal-police-shootings
So I don't know if police violence is that much of an issue in the UK, tbh from reading media I rather get the impression that there are other problems with police in the UK (won't go into this here, would be off-topic).
Anyway, the kind of riots depicted in "Tonight we riot" is always wrong, because trying to create utopia by violent means has a proven track record of ending in disaster.

Government raids destroying private property are normalised across all western democracies as standard, which is why you supported it by being ignorant about it and playing it down.

Maybe, but this thread is about video games sold on Gog. So unless you think there's a game sold on Gog that glorifies "raids destroying private property" and which shouldn't be sold here, your point isn't really relevant to the discussion.

No it's not "maybe"...it's a fact. Plenty of videos proving it.

Ok, I'm not going to argue with you about that. But I don't think it's relevant to my thread, so unless you've got something to say about "Tonight we riot" or other games sold on Gog, I'm done here.

Can you call off your downvoting lackeys by the way? It's less than 10 minutes since the comment I made being downvoted already to low rated status....without anyone else contributing.

I don't have any lackeys (nor did I downvote you myself)...in case you haven't noticed, almost all my comments in this thread have also been downvoted. Not my fault.

Since you agreed that any glorification of government violence is also off limits and should be removed, I am done here.
That includes Call of Duty and any other war game.
Rainbow Six Siege
and about 100 other games that glorify government thugs and overpaid goons who work for them. I'm against the HK rioters by the way, if it helps.

Well, I'm not a fan of Call of Duty and similar games, if such games were removed from Gog because they're war propaganda, I wouldn't object (at least if recent wars like Iraq or contemporary settings are concerned, historical settings are a bit different imo).
Don't know about Rainbow Six Siege, your interpretation seems a bit far-fetched to me, but I haven't played those games (or watched videos about them), so can't comment on them.
I think it's fine as long as 'liberate hong kong' the game also turns up here and is accepted.
I mean if GOG is going to accept games that have such a politically bent statement that would be intolerable on it's forums; the least it could do is allow games of other political perspectives such as the aforementioned.
It looks like the conversation moved further away from the game and back to real life politics despite my previous warning :( I'm afraid I'm forced to lock it.
