Make a comment asking others to bloody their hands for you, then ignore them when you get called out. If I wasn't already voting for you, this would be reason enough to do so.

1) Vig shot gets used, and so isn't a future factor to consider.
2) I'll know the vig shot gets used when two people die in the same night. You should have been able to figure this one out.
3) Hijack just happened to present an opportunity. It'd be a mite bit harder to set myself up to get blamed for getting so mad at someone like Cristigale that I'd burn a vig shot just for spite.

Ideally, scum burns their vig (if they have it) on Hijack, then tries to set me up to take the blame (since I all but stated I might do that). Scum found, vig found, act appropriately.
A townie might take a shot at Hijack, but he wouldn't then try to lie and blame me for it.

This is where I get lost.

Think about it. If scum have the vig shot, then they are going to aim it at a townie; SOMEONE is going die unless the protective roles successfully intervene. How else could the scenario have played out?

Scum recognize your threats. They vig kill HijacK. They don't say anything the next day. A townie also recognizes your threats, and calls you out on them. There is no vig claim.

Fair enough; I hadn't closely considered that one. At least objective 1 (get vig shot dealt with) would be completed.

I don't see why it's so important to get the vig shot done. Also another possibility is that I was the vigilante and thought HijacK was scum and shot him. Were you so certain of HijacKs alinment that anyone who shot him must be scum?
