I saw that, but I wasn't sure if the 200+ Rep requirement still counts for only leaving games.

It is 200+ for leaving or taking. I don't want the thread to be a posting ground for folks who are not a deeper part of the community b/c in the TOGO thread, we sometimes had folks leaving a game and then seemingly leaving the website. I don't think you're that person at all, but I wanted to make a hard limit.
