Yesterday I bought 5 games with a total value of 16.54 USD and when I go to check my bank account I see that the same amount was charged twice, I don't know how to contact support to solve the problem.

Open a support ticket. If you're having trouble with the chatbot, it should prompt you to create a support ticket, if you repeatedly say the suggestion wasn't helpful. Alternatively, you can try e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com directly, though I haven't tried that myself.
