http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/32794-Permission-for-YouTubers-to-monetize-CD-Projekt-Red-games Wei Shen states here that they're cool with for TW3. there's a lot more money sitting with TW3 than with some oldass SSI games. so, if CDPRED, which owns gog, owns those games, is cool with TW3, a game worth a hell of a lot more to them, being monetized, then you should be good.
I say just put em' up. you've waited a long time. it's not unreasonable, given that they've not gotten back to you and have previously publicly stated support for one of their titles.
if they give you a copyright strike, it makes them look like hypocrites and liars because of their W3 policy. it also gives gog.com a horrible black eye because it makes it look like CDPRED is trying to hoard old game history through gog. and finally, it simply negates their good-guy image.
