Iippo and I plan to have our match (Haflings vs. Underworlds) tonight if our respective children let us. :-)
So we don't know when exactly but will post here when we're about to start.

After recently reading a match report about what a Halfling team with three trees can do to an opposing team I have to admit I'm a bit afraid for my little Misfits.

cnquist: Also it seemed your centaur was the cause of half your turnovers, probably an exaggeration but it seemed like a lot.
No, I think that's a correct observation actually. His lack of block is a big problem. Hopefully he'll get some experience in the future though, because it looks like one of those players that can become a real beast .

Anyway, does anyone know if there's a list of changes between the old boxed (3rd edition) game and the current living rulebook? I've tried to read through it, but most of the changes seem to be minor and those are hard to catch until you end up doing something stupid. (That was not was cost me this game, but during my attempts at playing against the AI I kept doing minor mistakes based on this).

I am mentally prepping the team to flip their AV6's upside down and deal it out like angry-hungry orcs.

The biggest downside to the Centaur is it can become SO good you rely on it too much, and as soon as it gets injured you lose your scoring edge. Your hobbies can be just as good, just less strength obviously :D

3rd edition didn't have passive and active ball handling as far as a remember so most changes should concern skills and level-ups.
It should be enough if you look through the skill list and the categorization of skills. They have done away with "traits" for example. And "Very Long Legs" has changed.
There have been changes to some teams (I remember Ogres and Vampires) as well from 3rd edition to the current 6th edition.

Oh, there have been changes to fan factor as well, mainly making it less important.

Thanks for pointing out Very Long Legs, that's one skill that I would probably not have noticed had changed. Wood Elf catchers also has one less movie (but sprint instead), which I noticed when one of my players tripped over his own legs when I faced the AI

Sometimes it's nice to have a big battering ram though. That's at least how I view the centaur. They have too good bashy stats for me to view them as anything other than a basher. So that's probably how I'll develop it, give it block, tackle and such skills, and let my hobgobbos do the ball carrying.

Looks like we have some Blood Bowl matches tonight!

Psyringe (Wood Elves) vs. Cheongzewei (Pro Elves) should start as soon as Cheong has stable internet connection. Both are returning teams so I expect a running and hopefully many TDs.
Disconnect in turn 10. :-([ There will be a replay soon./b]

Iippo (Haflings, new) vs. me (Underworld, returning) can start if Iippo's children sleep in time. With a TV difference of nearly 1 mil this match will feature a lot of painful inducements.
Ended!

Jolly (Orcs, returning) vs. E_A (Norse, new) might maybe also be played tonight. The Orcs are last Season's champions and are suspected to be Elves in disguise.
Ended!

m0rt3k (Necros) vs. Viteklis (Lizardmen) is also on tonight. :-)
Ended!

Just finished our match with duder. It was 2-1 for Dead Eye Berserkers.

Here's replay: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fie0xzie11haij9/Weekly_S6_G1_R01_duder-Mainosmies.db?dl=0
My, what a match.
I was too fearful of those damn trees and Zara the Slayer.
Oh well, you live and learn.
Which means all of my players survived but sadly two of my really cool Gobbos are out for the next match.
Admins, please don't validate the match between Cheong and me. Cheong's connection dropped at turn 10m inb a situation where he was about to score the equalizer, from where the match could have gone either way. I'm waiting for him to come back online and discuss how to proceed.
Our match just ended, it was a match as it was supposed to be .. Rookie vs. my old green scum .. well it ended 4:0 and there is not much more to say .. well that stupid Goblin was frightend when he saw that two big Yeti .. things .. so he faked an injury at the first dodge attemoed .. coward .. but who needs Goblins anyway ?

I Upload the Replay thank EA and am thinking about why inducements dont really work .. Good night. ;)
