I assume it was meant as a fun fact (that Ion Fury uses the Build engine), you don't need to install anything to run the game yeah

I mentioned Eduke32 because Ion Fury is not the only game that uses that source port.

Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, and several other Build Engine games use it as well:
