Steam daily deal Universe at War for €3.75. It's made by Petroglyph who were formed from the remains of Westwood. Enjoyable and worth the money but the online is all but dead thanks to GFWL.

XBox Live Indie title: Twin Blades on sale for 200 points (2.50 USD). You play a scythe wielding, flintlock toting nun... that kills zombies. This is one of those indie titles you should play. Only available where you can get Live Indie.
I think the sale lasts through Monday.

End of July I think. This is from GMG's Facebook page.
Throughout July, we will be publishing exclusive discount codes to give you 20% off your next purchase at Green Man Gaming. Here’s the second which will last until the 18th: FACEB-JULY2-20PEC.

acare84: Deus Ex 3 is only $28.80 on GreenManGaming. Use "FACEB-JULY2-20PEC" while the checkout. Also it is a Steamworks game you can activate the game on Steam.
Bahaha, regional pricing fail again. Eurolanders might as well get it from Gamesplanet, its the same price(after the GMG discount code), but at least you can gift it from there.taczillabr

I'm astonished by the low, low prices people can get retail games in the UK... with a code you can get Rage, BF3, DX:HR and others for like 15-22 pounds?! C'mon. Gimme a bit of that retail love too, wish the prices were that nice here too.

PC market has been pushed out of the retail market in the UK really. Thats mostly why its so much cheaper than their console brethren (Retail of £40 for a console game vs £18-25 for a PC version).
(I guess licensing and production costs probably come into it as well)
Most stores barely have a PC section at all.
At many places its in a little corner somewhere.
In one place it was just a shelf!! XD
(Supermarkets are loving it though. As places like Morrisons have displays loaded with cheap PC games to tempt you to impulse buy)
Plus online retailers are VERY competitive, and if one has a sale, they all tend to have a sale.
(I think this is due to Amazon and ebay as well. Heck even Argos has a ebay store! XD)
The final decider is the DRM.
Since PC games generally can't be resold, retailers just sell them cheaper.

To do that you'll have to get the assholes who keep pushing those insane anti-foreign product taxes out of power. So today's Steam deal is Who's That Flying?! for $3. Anyone know how it is?

It's a mediocre sidescrolling SHMUP, clearly ported from the XBox. It's not terrible, but neither is it very good. It might be worth it if you have money to burn, but only barely.
Edited to add: It'd be better to save your money and spend it on Really Big Sky over on GamersGate. That has better graphics, gameplay, sound, and controls.

£5 for Empire and Napoleon complete is utter madness. If you haven't bought them yet then do so.
