bansama: Daggerdale is still not released on GamersGate (apparently uses SecuROM) or Steam (using Steamworks by all accounts).
To my surprise, Daggerdale was released on Steam this morning. I just saw it on the news feed.

Can someone from the US gift me Fallout: New Vegas - Honest Hearts DLC via Steam ? I'd like to own a complete Fallout collection.

Yeah, finally =) Bought it but of course thanks to F2P Team Hats 2, the download speed is utter shite. Won't be playing it until tomorrow morning now =(

Why not buying the GameStop version? Since the game uses Steamworks, the DLC must be registerable on Steam unless I'm missing something.

I have a less than legal solution: Download a cracked version from the internet via torrent, install it, copy the files to your Steam folder, uninstall the cracked version, and let it "fix" any missing or changed files. Voila! No need to wait for ages for Steam to finish.

I did that with Monday Night Combat and The Ball. ;) Technically illegal, but you already paid for the Steam license.

There's no PC version of Fallout: New Vegas - Honest Hearts DLC on GameStop .

Seems to have sneaked onto Steam with no fanfare for a sale. Supreme Ruler 2020 Gold is €2.25

mavilla: When will Stean summer sales be available?????
It started around the 26th last summer so I'm going to go out on a limb and say likely Monday.

A lot of people are guessing the 30th as that is when a themed Killing Floor promotion with a new map, achievements, etc. starts. Same as with the Holiday sale.

It was this very day last year, so probably soon. What with the great sales on D2D, GG, and GOG, I've sort of lost interest at this point. ;)

I just picked up Dead Money (looks like it's $10 again, too...) and Prey today, I bought and have enjoyed the heck out of Daikatana from GamersGate (which I just finished playing through a few hours ago), and I bought the Interplay catalog here on GOG. Why worry about Steam sales when there's already so many great sales going on now, right?

dyscode: I know it´s a bit late but does anybody have a comment on Quantum Of Solace?

I played the Demo, for the 5 mins of Gameplay they give you, it´s ok Fun. Though it does not seem to be very convincing for the whole game. (For keeping on the list next JB sale, maybe)
I bought it during the sale. I am 3-4 levels in the game. So far I like it a lot. Playing on "normal" difficulty setting with crosshair off, seriously fun. Nothing deep, and the game doesn't excel at any single thing, but I do not regret buying it. If it continues like this till the ending, I will play it again on harder difficulty setting, which says a lot.

I don't think I would buy it for full price on release day, but at its current price, if you like FPS games and you like James Bond, you will get your money's worth of gaming.
It's probably monday tuesday or thursday.

the Killing floor thing doesn't have to be the day 1 thing, it might even take away from it. That said, it looks like a shoe-in for a free weekend, certainly hope that isn't the case.

Borderlands Game of the Year $12 at Direct 2 Drive.

You can also get Borderlands vanilla for $8 (but who wants vanilla)
