Awesome then. :) I am not the biggest fan of Napoleon and his campaigns.

dandi8: Is White Gold worth it? Is it any good?
I can't speak for it, but am curious. I have the original game, which was Boiling Point: Road to Hell, which wasn't bad. It played pretty well, and was fun for the time period it was released, but the graphics were dated, and are even worse now, but at $4.99, it may be worth checking out. Personally, I am leery due to it being a game made in 2008 and only getting a Russian release (until very, very recently).

Where are you guys finding White Gold for 5 smackers? I've only seen it on GamersGate and they're trying to push it for $30.........unless I need to go at it with hidemyass.

Beamdog I bought it but wont get to play it tonight. It's a fiver, that's in my 'what the hell' price range.
White Gold is a great game. It's like Just Cause, Stalker and Oblivion. So much freedom. The game world is huge, you can drive boats, cars, choppers and others. there are many quests, items and even perks.

I got this game from Russia. Unfortunately it was bought from a small town and it ended being a pirated copy. With nice case and printing, but when I started to install it it asked me for Daemon tools lol, I was shocked. Then I asked the person who brought it and he told me he asked the local kids for a game shop and they showed him the only one in town. This trip brought me Fallout 3, White Gold and Sacred 2 pirated. :( Atleast I rebought Fallout 3 from Steam later.
Well, I was going to pick it up, but I am not really familiar with BeamDog (I am assuming they are newcomers due their lack of catalog) and the fact that they don't use Paypal just makes me kind of not even want to bother. I hate putting my credit card information out there like they are requesting.

beamdog is co-owned by the bioware's co-founder iirc.

looks pretty legit to me
SURVEY15OFF gets another 15% off through Beamdog.
Well I'm not getting a creditcard so I can buy from Beamdog, so no Xenus for me.
SURVEY2010 shouldn't work for 10% off at Impuse, but it still does.

And King Arthur is just $2.99 (2.69 with the promo code) at IMPULSE.
To which game was community more mod generous Empire total war, Medieval 2 or Napoleon?

Medieval 2 has The Third Age. Which by itself answers that question.
Magicka plus Defcon for the price of Magicka itself on Green Man Gaming. Likely steamkeys.

I tested the site. it's strictly client only so you can't back up your files and have to download them all over again if you deleted.

You also can't create a desktop shortcut because the shortcut has a lock on it making it only accessible through the client.

I'm not sure how mapping my game pad to this is going to work as I have to link to the executable - If running via client it might (not sure yet) activate my game pad but I won't be able to activate the executable through my game pad.
