Fallout 3 GOTY Edition PC (retail) -- $43

michaelleung: Haha, COD 4 for $23.99 and they call it cheap? Who the fuck are they kidding?
I wonder what game is out next next week...

You should see the bitching on the Steam forums by a game pissed that people think $23.99 is still overpriced for a 2 year old average-at-best game.
Sure, I bought it retail when it was released (an AU import copy that cost cheaper here than it did in Australia!), but even I would consider the current price a joke given the game's age).

I want to play CoD4, but only for the single-player. I know i won't touch the multiplayer.
As it's a 6hr campaign, i'm gonna have to wait a long time for the price to drop to something reasonable.

It really is a great campaign though. 6 hours of pure gaming bliss is worth more than 80 hours of boring grind. I don't play games to waste time, I play them to have fun.
Still, $24 for a short, yet excellent, campaign is still a bit much.
I wish,i can purchase games from eastore.co.uk. :(
missing 4 games.
TF2 is on sale again, and at the low price of $2.49! You'll be saving a whole penny! If you didn't get it yesterday, today's the day to get it. Buy TF2

You're right, $24 is too much for the game, and if you have waited all this time to get it, you can wait a bit more to get it on a real deal, not this time. I will wait too.

Actually I totally agree. Some of the best games I've played have been very short... and better for it.
If i hadn't just bought a load of games, I might have gone for it... but as it is, i'll just wait for another (hopefully better) deal. It's a little tempting, but hardly a must buy.

You could try this. I don't know if it will work or not. But I found it linked to via Rock Paper Shotgun.
In addition to the above UK only EA Store offer:
Enter the code: VoucherCodes.com25
That's Crysis Warhead for £3.75

If the store uses SSL, you get SSL traffic - it's just packaged inside another layer of whatever TOR uses between you and the TOR endpoint (between the endpoint and the store, it's SSL/HTTP as usual, as if you weren't using TOR).
Just found out that EA's Battleforge is now free to play. Once you get to level 4 or something you unlock the full game. Just download the Battleforge demo from Steam.

It's been free for some time, but you won't get the full starter pack. If you buy the game, you're essentially still getting the game for free, but are instead purchasing the extra starter packs you wouldn't get otherwise (without going through additional microtransactions at least).

It's news to me. Had a go at the demo and it's not actually that bad to be honest.
