The Birdcage
It's being described as a music video / first-person horror adventure. Looks pretty promising, and surely a unique premise. Slated for a Q3 2016 release, so it has a ways to go before being complete, but might be a great bargain right now and potentially the only way to get drm-free version (depending on how things go and if they update their files on groupees' servers).

This game looks great, and a really nice break from the bevy of 2D platformers/puzzlers that Greenlight seems to be full of. Count me in as one of the preorder buyers!

I think in the majority of cases, if it doesn't say anything DRM, the games are DRM-free or some sort of standalone download that might incorporate some form of 3rd-party DRM.
