Yes, I know that you posted first, I just pasted the link to keep the deals thread clear of the portal talk. And agreed, that the more people see is the better, I've just posted about Amnesia, too.

Torchlight is %50 off on Steam again. LOL, this game must have a deal every month, right? :D If you miss this don't be sad, game will get a deal next month too with %75 off. :P
Edit: BTW I love Torchlight very much, just joking about the deals.

I don't as I'm still waiting my steamless version :P If Valve offers if, lets say at gamersgate, without steam requirement I'll consider buying it. :D Was majorly disapointed back when they announced Steam and that HL2 would be Steam Exlusive. I played HL1 to death back then.

Well, I don't think this is going to happen anytime soon. Since Portal is a Valve game (who owns steam) and no other Valve game has been released outside Steam (that is, after steam was created), I highly doubt that we will ever see Portal on Gamersgate, Direct2Drive or Impulse.
Just go ahead and grab your free copy of Portal. If you still don't want steam, uninstall it them afterwards (you will still keep your copy of Portal, so if you change your mind in the future, your free copy will be waiting for you there! :) )

Hell probably freezes over before any Valve game is released Steamless again but universe will end before I touch Steam so I'll win eventually ;) :P And yes, I lost all hope long long time ago :)
