d2d doesnt bann your account, they only close your account for buying new games, but you can still download your bought games, I know this because i was one time so dumb to buy per hotspotshield with paypal as paypal tells this d2d and they bann you creditcard which is connected with paypal.
but when you buy with entropay you will have no probs as its nothing more than a credit card which is located in the us, the service is totally legal
