Whoa, hold your horses. Never pay before actually receiving the game. I gifted it, payment shows up successfully on PayPal, but I don't see the update on your gameslist - let me know if it worked or not.

The gift has been received it just has not been redeemed. I am at work right now so I can't access the Steam client to redeem the gift but I got the e-mail for the gift so I know it was sent.
I'll be back home in 4 hours or so but it should all be ok.

I can't buy the game unfortunatelly, everytime I click the Purchase for myself button I return to the main page =/

It's kind of obnoxious to offer a 2 hour only sale on the first day of the new client being released. I just updated, and I'm trying to figure out the layout quickly enough to make a purchase. I finally get there, and it's glitching as I try to make the deal. DAMN!

civ 4 complete (includes colonization)
x-com bundle
sid railroads (never played it, but a good price)
Brothers in Arms Bundle (only if you like the style, but I don't know the DRM on this bundle)
Saboteur isn't worth $15, IMO. $7.50 would be ok.

Funnily enough I'm getting a country restriction notice, even though:
1. I'm on the UK site
2. The game description clearly states that the UK is an included region.
2. I'm from the UK
3. My paypal is linked to a UK bank account
4. My university I am currently at is in the UK, (therefore my connection is a UK one! XD)
5. I've had no previous problems with country restrictions
In all due respects thats pretty dumb of Direct 2 Drive to do this.
I should imagine the kinks will be worked out soon, and I have a load of time to wait, but still its pretty lolsome to see them fall at the first hurdle.
