No, when I say I'm new here, I mean new to this particular discussion. I LOVE The Witcher 3 and have every intent of playing Cyberpunk 2077 as well. Also, like I said, sorry if I was rude. I had a stressful time yesterday thanks to EA not giving me a refund for a game I bought on their shitty app [that'll teach me] and my complaint to the FTC on the matter being more difficult at first than it needed to be by the first rep I tried talking to [thankfully had MUCH better luck the second attempt]. And yes, I know that's no excuse for my behavior I'm fully owning up to right now. Hope you understand mrkgnao.

It's ok. We've all been there. I'm still confused, though. You said you had read the list of games I had pointed you to, then added that you had "never heard of any of these games", but The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 are on the list (hence, my comment).

P.S. So as not to continue derailing this thread, you can PM me via chat if you wish to answer.

Ah, I see. I meant I never heard of the examples of GOG games with DRM in em that were mentioned in the first post of this discussion. I LOVE The Witcher 3 and hope to say the exact same of Cyberpunk once I play it [fingers crossed it'll work as CDPR originally intended]. How do I PM someone, though?

The Town of Light has a free extras DLC on Steam, but is missing it on GOG.

They could literally zip it up and upload, without having to touch the build of the game, but they can't be bothered. I tried to ask several times via Steam forums and Wired's discord. It was ignored.
Does Wartales count as it's a fairly recent game? Co-op is missing.

All count if they offer that functionality in a different PC games store (Steam, Epic, whatever).

It does say that it's "coming soon" right at the top of the page though, so GOG's aware and supposedly working on it. Now depends on the definition of "soon".

Another gimped release on GOG: Crusader Kings II is missing its Mac and Linux builds on GOG after years of them being on Steam.

Is this confirmed?
Steam also only lists single-player for CK2, but multiplayer is still part of the game.

VBProject: Regarding Mirror's Edge - Time Trials: They're not available on Origin anymore.
AFAIK this DLC was never on Origin and can only be applied to retail version.
I bought it from Origin back in the day, still available from the "EA App".

It still doesn't come with the GOG version right? I was about to buy the GOG version then remembered that last time I checked a couple years ago it didn't come with it. Supposedly you can use the EA App DLC with the GOG game, though I haven't tried it myself since I don't own the GOG version.

There's also a mod that does it too:

For now, we should add Gas Station Simulator to the list. Latest update on GOG was on June 14th, 2022. A lot of updates have been released since that date and we're missing the Party Time DLC as well.

I've contacted Drago Entertainment now. Let's see if they'll reply.
Hello,

Here is a copy of an email sent to Drago, Movie Games and GoG concerning "Gas Station Simulator".

I'll let you know what happens next.

**************************
Hello,

Gas Station Simulator is currently out of date, and several DLC(s) are missing:

-Latest Steam patch: 09/06/2023
-Last GoG patch: 14/06/2022

The missing DLC(s) are as follows:

-Gas Station Simulator - Party Time DLC
-Gas Station Simulator - Airstrip DLC

For my part, I bought the game and the DLC published on GoG (see attachment).

I imagine that when you release an update, it's to fix the game's bugs and instability.
If you publish DLC, it's to complete the player experience and increase your margins, which I have no problem with.

I've been loyal and contribute (modestly) to the growth of the video game industry.
You, Drago entertaiment, Movie Games are disloyal and disrespectful to me and to your customers.

I consider that you are promoting piracy with such attitudes, and doing a disservice to other companies in your sector whose behaviour is irreproachable.

I ask you to take the necessary steps to ensure that the GoG version of the game is put on a par with the Steam version and add missing DLC(s).
Otherwise, please refund me via GoG.

Yours sincerely

Jean-Marc

Even if your motive is correct and the effort is appreciated, this is a very bad way to ask someone to listen to you.
With such entitled attitude, you're only going to make the dev even less interested in Gog.
Please be very diplomatic when contacting them or just don't do it.

(also, refunds should be asked to the store)

I was quite diplomatic.
I think it's up to them to be accommodating.
If the devs aren't happy, it's a good idea for them to go elsewhere.
GoG will never refund a game after 30 days, except in the case of outside intervention (maybe).

Don't forget that I don't owe them anything, in fact, as things stand, it's quite the opposite.
Sorry to disappoint you, I'll continue to be unkind.
