Rise of the Triad: Ludicrous Edition. I had played through the original version not too long ago, so for this I replayed the first episode and then skipped ahead to the new episode made for this version. I wasn't really interested in having a rematch against NME more than anything else, I think.

It's a nice piece of work considering ROTT to my recollection never had the kind of source port scene that you see with Doom. The graphics are sharp and support widescreen and you have lots of options to modify the experience how you like. I played with the 2013 remake's soundtrack activated.

The new episode is fun and several of the levels have creative ideas thrown in. One of them was kind of annoying but not too bad. I greatly appreciated the way you can kill NME in his new level. This is definitely the best way to play this game now, especially if you overlooked it before.
