Yes, for me those as well. Mount and Blade was the only game for me where I didn't manage to win a fight in the tutorial.
I remember a flight simulator in 1994. It took me 2 months to manage to make the F14 plane fly. It took 6 months to learn how to make it land on airport without exploding. Good days.

I never tried flight simulators, but I suck at flying aircraft in the Battlefield games, especially jet aircraft.
Platformers and euroshmups.
I suck at shmups. Luckily I don't like them very much.

I suck at adventure game puzzles, luckily I don't like them much either. Some people get through them easily, my brain doesn't link the 500 possible combinations to the one random selection of items in your inventory that the developers decided was the correct one. Not fun.

Here's a library ticket and some fish food, it makes absolutely no sense but have fun...

That's the best I've got. ^^
Wow, that's a lot! Didn't know there were so many TPSes. Cheers, maybe I can get into the genre after all ^_^

I also suck at platformers -- well, anything that requires precise button-mashing (platformers fall into this category). Limbo and Prince of Persia SOT whipped me and remain unfinished, but I (just) managed to get through Psychonauts, and bumbled through Assassin's Creed even though my gamepad style went out the window the moment a fight started. I think I just need to keep practising my form. :P
Strategy, both TBS and RTS. I like them, but I'm rubbish at them and never seem to get any better.
