I'll just address the issue that you're asking about.

I got a message a while back from a user about the issue and as soon as I did, I passed it on to others in the company. Since then, we've been looking at various options of how to solve the problem (either temporarily while we work on a permanent solution or permanently from the start), and I'll be able to provide you with more information next week as to what exactly it will be - I don't want to announce a new functionality before it's sure to be implemented.

TL;DR -- We're working on a solution to the harrassment issue. More news next week.

what is wrong with you people? i had to get your attention somehow and you don't acknowledge the bullying going on?

i'm not the perpetrator here. i'm not the one you should be scolding. you should be scolding yourselves, all of you who didn't respond all week, and the bully.

I’ve changed the title of the thread to something more forum-appropriate.

We hope no more threads like this will appear but if they will do we will delete them. If someone will be very persistent in creating these kinds of thread titles, we will consider banning this person. Nevertheless, this is the last thing we would like to do, as we love that GOG.com’s forum is the place where intrusive moderation is not needed, as you guys are well-mannered people that keep the conversations civil no matter how heated things get.
I got nothing new to say, just adding my voice.

Really? Oh this could be good!

Suggestion: find a way to identify alts, require a real unique email with confirmation for new accounts, hide but don't delete reported posts to keep the proofs.

What about an old functionality like the Block and Report in the previous PM system then? Surely your web dev team at the very least should have restored the pertinent feature and please don't tell me to use the privacy settings to set it to "Friends Only" because its definitely not the same thing.
