If you don't mind using Java to play it.

FreeCol is a free version of Colonization with updated graphics similar to FreeCiv. But I find Java kind of sketchy so....up to the user really.

Need more Tarkov and STALKER? Try a pixel version for the kicks. You can buy a kickstarter to have the full game at release. But for the time being you can go to the guy's Discord and get a free copy to alpha test the game. Pretty much built to play for a time waster. But the more the guy adds to it, the better.

Yeah, ^^^ plus I hate that point and click stuff unless it has some logic to it. QFG is fine, and Kings Quest series was good.
