Not adding explicitly to my list are the Grand Theft Auto 1&2 games from Rockstar. Though they have been set free by the company and they are legit decent games. There is only one free site that gives them out(Ukraine fansite). But not something I can vouch for unless you use a virtual machine to contain any potential threat that could arise from installing them.

But, yeah. GTA 1 and 2 are techincally free. Just be careful where you get it and do not play them on anything important to you.

What do you mean it's broken. I just tested it myself by pressing the download option and then either choose exe install file or zip file and it downloaded.
But yesterday maybe the site didn't respond because it wasn't https but http for some reason when searching..
