Regarding others:

HijacK has been open regarding school load. He hasn't been gobbling on about how many girls he's failed with so I see him eventually contributing more substance.

JMich is inscrutable and should Vote Now. Where do you stand??

HypersomniacLive has clearly been beating the bushes and attempting to get information.

Bookwyrm627 has been a little "me to" but he's engaged and asking/challenging even if it is low hanging JMich.

Dessimu is engaged and challenging. His voting has been something worth noting

CSPVG is also mildly inscrutable. His comments regarding a4plz (as well as Dessimu) seem legit, although I sitll maintain a4plz is more enthusiastic than sinister.

drealmer7 has not been making valid arguments. Touting No Lynch as a Day One option is tantamount to stifling information and that is scummy.

cristigale is asking good questions, but much like Krypsyn I always find her scummy.

lotsofchickenwings seems savvy and careful. Not necessarily scummy, but different from the other new players. Worth watching.

a4plz seems to me to have too much excitement. Why is that.....pure speculation at this point.

babark also seems careful and trying to get his new player legs. His contributions are less so the reading is sketchy.

trentonlf is the other one I find a tad scummy. His early comments regarding No Lynch were curious, but his Vote on drealmer7 makes me wonder.

Hijack - do you have a legitimate reason for voting newbies or not? complaining about it being different this time around doesn't help anything, but if you have a legitimate take - let's hear it.

i think either drealmer7 or dessimu is scum. not both - although that would be sick play if they were pulling off that much talking /analysis / aggrevation.

so i ask the other vets: of drealmer7 and dessimu - do they usually talk this much? are they usually this animated? it's not a bad thing - they just seem way more involved.

i don't like a4plz or dreamler7 no vote. i see dreamler7 has changed his mind - though maybe he was realizing how bad it looked.

Also - NEWBIES (and anyone else who hasn't refreshed): if you are having trouble posting refresh your browser and or re-start. i tried posting about 3 times last night and twice this morning and it wouldn't go through until i restarted my comp.

I admit, haven't restarted my laptop in about two months now.

That was just a response to the dogpile on drealmer; I feel like some people in the game are getting genuinely annoyed by his fictional interrogation style, hah.

Managed to do a second read of HSL and Wyrm's posts. HSL still looks too aggressive to me, but nothing that would make me vote for him just yet. Wyrm does look a bit all over the place to me, though that may be intentional.

Mulling a bit more over who to vote, if any. Don't really like any of the current choices.

In the interest of no unintentional newbie mistakes (talking for me here) - do we get an official "night has started - you can't post " and then a " day has started (story / info ) feel free to post again "?

Is the 2.5 days a literal 2.5 days or a business 2.5 days? I remember reading the weekend will extend things a bit. Thanks.

We still have time, ~7-8 hours till deadline by my quick check at drealmer7's unofficial vote count. Yes, we do get those notifications and I believe agentcarr16 will provide them this time as well. 2,5 days are real life days.

Proposing No Lynch doesn't bother me, especially if one is simply exploring the idea in light of the current setup. However, I've seen no reasoning that demonstrates that we gain anything by No Lynch on D1, and my own mental walk through indicates we'd be a step behind instead.

I'd be comfortable with either Hijack or JMich. I'm not real excited about lynching Flub or Trent, though I could be persuaded.

Running through my reasons:
The three newbies get a Day 1 pass. Drealmer is too easy a lynch right now, and I'd like to give him a break sans good reason, so he gets a Day 1 pass. I still feel vaguely guilty about CSPVG, so he gets a pass Day 1 sans good reason to lynch him (and I think I'll make this the last game for that guilt). All of five of these players are fair game starting Day 2.

I'm town. HSL and Dessimu have been too active (valuable if town, chances to trip if scum), so their off my list. Cristigale has been posting well, so she's off my list.

Hijack has alleged school work to do, though his posting has been picking up some. Trent and Flub have both been more contributory than JMich.

JMich is likely to be a strong asset for town, if he's actually town. And if he isn't, then he's a distinct liability for town.

I'd guess you were a victim of the new page bug. Do you display 30 posts per page?

Yes, there will be an official Mod post saying something like "Night has started. Stop posting" and a "Day has started, get back to posting". They'll be separate posts, unless Agent gets into funny business.

When a mod says "Day/Night will last 2.5 days", that is generally literal. Agent has indicated that if the deadline happens to fall on a weekend, then it will be extended to Monday (the weekend days aren't ignored in the counting, but a deadline will be postponed if it falls on a weekend).
