*nodnod*, thanks for making the note! Right at that same time trent seemd scummy to me pretty hard too, as he did before just a bit. I actually should have focused on him when he was 2nd to drop his dislike's name, I think that was more scummy than what dedo did, in reflection. Then I weakened the feeling about it in me because trent always seems scummy to me. GAH! THEN he started seeming all friendly and super-town and that made me think he was scum again! I really couldn't tell which way he was the whole game, I saw evidence both ways. I thought that he was either the doctor or scum!

Lunch break check in,

Lol, I can take losing to that... Good job.
I'm only part-way through the notes, but scum were pretty damn sharp [and yes, HSL was completely right that my questions for him were a trap - cristi was pinging a bit and HSL was pinging a lot when I entered).

Took one hell of a lie by 3 town to beat them, and some luck with flub not having 'wasted' any nights on people who were dead by end-game.

Don't know if it's noted anywhere, but I'm to blame/thank for the pineapple pizza. As town vanilla I really wanted a night action nonetheless (and thought there was a good chance I would die), so I told yogs I wanted to order pineapple pizza.

When CSP first mentioned he'd had some too I thought maybe he'd killed me and stolen my pizza. ;)

I am two thirds through the Mafia chat and... That is one amazing team there.

And then shared your pizza with just about everyone before dying. Now that would be a major plot twist xD

Quick check in - only read my last PM (which basically told me it's over), and the closing post.

Very well played, Town, congrats!

Thanks everyone, see you again when things calm down for me.

I do have one question which I haven't figured out yet: Was the circle of dislikes setup randomly, or does it mean something?

I've been kicking around the idea that it was determined according to who has been either hammered or NK'd by someone else in previous games, but I'm far too lazy to see if it is the case.

Best of luck to you. I see that past week and days have indeed been very hard. Take care! :)

lol, no, pretty much random. I lined up all the roles in order and shifted down six, which, with thirteen players, I felt gave the most random distribution without running the risks of a true random distribution, which might have oddball effects. (Two players dislike each other, scum dislike each other, etc.)

Theoretically someone could have lined them all up correctly and maybe used it to figure out what order the roles were scripted in, but I highly doubted that would happen, and it didn't.

I tried looking through for anti-town and power role distribution after the game ended, and it looked like roles + scum were offset by one vanilla each, with the exception of the end of the list since 13 didn't allow for an even roll-over like that. I remember you saying something about it in the observer thread, so I wanted to check up on that.
The flavor is hilarious, btw.

It's also hilarious that mafia decided to/might as well "go ahead and investigate hunter" last night too!

In observer's thread you ponder (#138) the curious thing, as to where did HSL say that you are able to talk. I remembered HSL saying so in SignUp thread, here (post 50)
