I recommend you to check the scum thread when it's public. But long story short:

It wasn't Flocke being scum, or you being scum. Or anything of that sort. I like all these theories, but they're all hilariously wrong, because it was much simpler than that...

So I figured I could at least earn a few more Town points while waiting for my buddies to sync up. It was worth it.

Nah, I wasn't even intending on earning Town points and waiting, I got that wrong. I figured I'd actually put on a serious effort to get Flocke voted out organically. I really posted with the intent to end the game "the old fashioned way."
Another reason why I prefer being scum team. I have buddies I can rely on or at least talk with without them voting me for anything I say. The number of people who thought you were scum team is staggering though. What the hell.

Oh wait. I forgot to say this -

None of you get the awesome human-cat utopia that would have happened if I was elected on Day 1.
