Just started looking in the forums and i thought i should say hello first.

Was looking for a way to sugest an older game for the store. As i did nit find it yet i will post it here in hoping someone will point me in the right direction.


A few years ago i loved a litle game called LOCO-MANIA.
I had the game on DVD but now the disk is broken. It seems that the game is nowhere to be found to buy.
Not one store has the game in its library.

LocoMania is a puzzle game by Czech studio 7FX and Published by Lighthouse Interactive.

Loco Mania is a unique, fast moving, logical strategy game that puts you in charge of managing an entire railway network. Players have to control switches, semaphores and train directions to get the trains through the system as quickly and efficiently as possible. Each level will put players through a multitude of tasks from getting trains to their destination on time to guiding trains with hazard laden cargo safely home. Successfully clearing the trains through the railway system improves the players score and unlocks maps to take the game through progressively challenging levels. Loco Mania will feature 12 maps each inspired by various European landscapes designed to provide a unique gameplay experience. Gameplay modes include Time Attack, Check Point and Free Run. The faster you complete the challenges the higher you score. So stay on Track!

Last time I was here was when Witcher 3 came out. So hello everyone, I guess I'm an oldie but newbie. Been a fan of
witcher for years, unfortunately a mod destroyed my game and I'm reinstalling again. Thing is, it's been downloading for hours. Is this normal ? Like I said , haven't been here in years. Tried Gog downloader but it just sits on my desktop blank. Anywhoo, got the whole Gabriel Knight series and looking forward to playing whenever they download.

Windows 7 not receiving any more attention from Microsoft


Windows 7 has reached end of life and is not going to get any more updates from Microsoft after the 14th of January 2020.
Must admit I don't really understand if this means so much, you should still be able to run Windows Update when you have
re-installed the operating system. They don't write it out loud though.

The main reason for this thread was to give people who have lost or damaged their disc or don't have an optical drive
a chance to download the image file from Microsoft themselves.
Useful when you want to do a fresh install, with Windows in your own language.

Probably you can change language, but I read something about it not being possible if you have the Home version.
You need the license key by the way. Perhaps a new key for Win 10 works as well?

I encountered the same issue. It seems weird that it doesn't even display the error message when you're making a new post that happens to contain links. It only displayed it for me when I tried to edit them in later. And there's an apparently easy/well-known workaround, which makes me wonder how effective it really is as an anti-spam measure, especially when so many other (arguably more effective) anti-spam measures exist out there...

TA install changes color scheme to Windows 7 basic (RGB mode) on launch and makes TA impossible to play.
Have exhausted trouobleshooting and require some HELP!

Yeah, thanks for the info but I am more interested in knowing why GOG suppresses content in the forums that isn't favorable for GOG? Such as people complaining about order issues, technical support, customer relations, and so on? I've seen several posts come up missing recently related to these issues. My opinion of GOG is quickly evaporating to zero. They went from a relatively honest game developer/retro game portal to a dishonest mega-corp relatively quickly didn't they?
