Well, since you like Battlefield 4 and Bad Company 2, you don't seem to be into realistic military shooters as much. If you were, I would recommend Rainbow Six! I remember that Rainbow Six 2 (I think) was one of the few 12+ rated games in Germany back in the day that featured shooting, so I played it a bunch, but it was super hard! It is more about coming up with a good tactical approach rather than just mindlessly shooting your way through bad guys.

How about Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: War Chest? That's more of a linear, story-driven shooter!

To actually answer your question, my personal favorite would be the Medal of Honor games.

I haven't played too many military shooters (although i generally enjoy shooters - FP mostly), but i enjoyed Call of Duty 2 (played it many years ago) & Modern Warfare 4 (i enjoyed it, especially the excellent Pripyat mission - it was kind of a movie-game experience for me, the kind of action-movie-with-too-many-special-effects-and-the-basic-&-typical-scenario-that-you-can't-remember-after- a-wh ile that is).

None. I'm not interested in them.

The bad part about most military shooters today is they have taken the SP portion and made it a joke and force you to play MP to get any enjoyment out of the game, and I usually find MP is full of jerks that make me not enjoy my experience. So I have about given up on military shooters.

Well, my favourites are the usual suspects: MoH & CoD series, of cos not forgetting the ARMA series as well if realism is wat I crave for. A few others I wld recommend or @ least I enjoyed playing are Delta Force: Black Hawk Down & the free game America's Army. Frankly, there are way too many for me to list so if you just want to have a gd time playing u basically can't go wrong with the classics like MoH & CoD series. That's just my suggestion. :)

Battlefield 4 in Hardcore Conquest Large mode.

Not a big military shooter guy, but I liked Delta Force quite a bit.

Brothers in Arms definitely, and close seconds would be Vietcong and the original Call of Duty

From COD, I found Black Ops to be the best blend of map design, weapon balance and pace in the MP. MWs opted for smaller maps and faster pace, which I didn't enjoy as much.
