I don't get the fuss. The release of Succubus won't land you with those low-effort "solve the puzzle to get 100% naked anime women" things you'll find on Valve's aisle. It should actually lead to selling more games with more-than-usual sex or nudity, on GOG, DRM-free (if the Hitman Incident isn't pulled off again). More DRM-free is better, and GOG is lacking quite a few games with some kinds of content in them, such as games with nudity and sex, or shmups, or modern arcade racers, etc.

Swedrami: Well, tough luck.
For example, Subverse is officially confirmed to arrive later this month.
"Tired of crappy, low effort hentai games? Then enter the Subverse – an old school PC gaming experience developed from the ground up for the discerning adult by a team of filthy apex perverts."

Lifthrasil: And I think that actually makes sense: killing people is very bad, you know. Murder is a crime.
3 frags remaining! :P

Or a high score. Depending on which side of the rocket launcher the gibbing is. Too bad life has no respawn (it was cut right before the final release, or so I heard).

Reminded me of the old joke:

Kid playing videogames: "Why is the blood green, mommy?"
War-flashback mom: "Because of ze germans!"

:P

Lifthrasil: Well, that's the US american moralist way of thinking: ending lives is OK. The act of creating life is disgusting.

The screenshots of Succubus are a perfect example of this. Violence, blood and gore are depicted freely. But the demon boobs have to be pixelated.

Magmarock: Not really sure a German should be lecturing Americans about moralist thinking. Just saying :P
As if all Germans approve of German censorship policies. Or citizens of any country for that matter.
