Crème brûlée, and a cup of coffee.
I agree that it's difficult to name a single favorite if you've got a sweet tooth (and if you don't then you usually don't eat cakes or desserts) but since it hasn't been named yet and is very famous (as well as very delicious) I'll go with Sachertorte.
Yes yes yes so much! Loukoumades, tuloumba, Czech apple cakes (pies) - also peach, plum and raspberry versions, Czech apple sour cream crumb thing ()), ooooh and of course the delicious kremna rezina ([url=https://www.google.cz/search?q=slovenia+cream+cake&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi3-7_m097KAhVjgXIKHWzfAO8Q_AUIBygB&biw=1366&bih=599]cream cake from Slovenia and some other Slavic places I guess?. These are the ones that come to the mind right now. And ice cream bowls. Lots of various ice creams with stuff in them.

And strawberry milkshakes! I love them when they are really, really dense and with lots of crushed ice, so it's not your typical McDonalds like watery milkshake. The ones you can get in many coastal cities, those! And with bits of mint or other stuff in them! :)

Prinzregenten Torte/Cake: http://munich-greeter.de/en/2014/05/was-ist-prinzregententorte/
I like them all but especially love fudge, cherry pie/cobbler, red velvet cake, Mrs. Fields cookies, and fudge!
Oh, also fudge
On the other side, I do not care for flan.
In no specific order:

Root beer floats (chocolate ice cream)

Key Lime pie

Chocolate chip cookie pie

Strawberry shortcake

Martha Washington cake (fruitless) - had this only once and never got the recipe :-(

and finally, a bakery that distributes only on the east coast of the US that used to mass produce a marvelous cake--

Entenmann's Filled Chocolate Chip Crumb Cake: an ordinary dry crumb coffee cake baked with mini chocolate chips with a light chocolate butter filling in the middle and powdered sugar on top. I think they discontinued it because it was too dangerous. I've attached some pics.

Vnlr: I wouldn't know what it's called officially, but the Moroccan baker in our neighboorhood has these little cooklets; Imagine a crispy crust of a run of the mill cookie encasing a mix of fluid honey and mashed almonds.
That sounds like a type of ma'amoul.

Reading this thread reminded me of a Disney cartoon where the hobo cookie sounds like Goofy.

Oh man that is some good cake you got listed here. We just call it chocolate cake here, I guess it's what most people here think a chocolate cake should be. Most popular variant is coffee flavoured aswell. Is the original variant like that aswell?
