fishbaits: I really wish Stan Lee would give up on his agreement to appear in every film that he's got the contract that lets him.
I mean, c'mon! Appearing in all films in all different countries & planets ffs!? It's not good for the film.

I guess the Stan Lee super fan boys/girls like to go "Oooh, there he is, found him!" but it's just bad.
Don't get me wrong, him & the other comic guys did some good stuff, but just give it a break, please!!

Anyhoe, I was dreading first Dead Pool because it was over hyped by all I know, but I really did like it.
Hope this one turns out just as good.
They make it pisseasy to spot him in Big Hero 6. HE'S THE END-CREDITS SCENE!

Must be some special one they are keeping off the internet for some reason, because the ones I've seen all suck :D

Seriously, that movie looks terrible. Maybe I just can't get over how fucking terrible Prometheus was, but Covenant looks just boring, like a pointless CGI retread of the first movie. They should have called it The Facehugger Awakens :P

It changed my mind completely, I was in the same boat. Looks like the complete opposite of Prometheus, look forward to good Alien again.

Deadpool 2 is coming out? Sweet, as usually when sequels appear to movie theaters, they tend to show the earlier movie(s) in the series here on TV. So I presume Deadpool should be coming on TV then.

Woohoo, I get to see the first Deadpool movie! I haven't seen it yet! I hope it is great!

I'm still trying to figure out how this one even got greenlit considering the mess that was Prometheus, which had great special effects, but everything else about it was pretty shit.

That said, I'll still see this new one just in the hope against hopes that it might be (at best) alright. It's kind of sad that the best part of the franchise since Alien 3 (debatable) was the Alien Isolation game.

My concern is that in a way they're still trying to tie in Covenant with Prometheus. They should have simply written off the latter and have the former be its own thing. As gloomy as I may make all this sound, I'm glad that the Alien franchise is still around in one form or another.
