There are probably many great stories about stupid customers. But also sometimes support people can be really stupid. This was not for technical stuff but I ordered some furniture and since I do not have a car I payed them to deliver it to my house. Later on I realised that in one package a wrong piece had been put. So I called the support hotline and they told me "No problem, we will sent you a payed return order which you can stick on the package and then bring it to the post office so that they sent it back to us for free"
For a minute I honestly did not know what to reply. I payed for delivery since it was big and heavy. How the hell do they expect me to bring it to a post office? :D

ddickinson: I am really luck when it comes to all that. I met my partner when I was 18 and been wonderfully happy ever since. So what ever other crap I have been through, heartache is at least one thing I have been spared.

tinyE: So that actually happened? I thought it was an urban legend. Same as the girl complaining the cup holder on her pc broke.
Those two are actually the same incident, and true, I've heard the support recording. It sounded real to me anyway. ;)
I'll have to see if I can find it again.

I've been pretty well burned to a crisp by 3 women now and I still keep my options open.
It's just that my criteria for 'the right woman' have become so strict that there is virtually no chance of ever finding her. :-)
