Also apparently DRM-free is not popular in the movie business not to mention the whole mess of regional licencing and whatnot. I mean we have DRM-free games, books, music but on the movie front it's lacking....
It seems that the directors for movies and games seem to be completely ignorant to the fact their products are stolen regardless. Look at The Banner Saga 2. They crapped on their fans and investors by being DRM only, and still the game was being pirated 30 minutes after launch. They even still had an attitude towards DRM-Free, a lot of passive aggressive comments, and hints that they would maybe use more intrusive DRM next time, meaning less hope for their investors to get a DRM-Free day 1 release of game number 3, if they get one at all.(I merely wanted to post that video anyway ^^)
